Mike and Elizabeth have been married since 1996 and have raised four children together. They served as local church pastors for 22 years, during which time they kept the church actively connected to local and international missions. Their partnerships with other churches and missionaries developed their love for caring for ministers. Dr. Mike holds leadership roles in several ministerial networks and missions organizations. Dr. Mike's educational background includes undergraduate training at Portland Bible College, a Master of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Regent University. His research emphasis is on ministerial burnout. Dr. Mike believes that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the good news of Salvation through Christ and access to a local church where they can grow in their faith.
